Employment Benefits
We are pleased to offer an aggressive benefit package for full-time associates upon completion of the 90-day orientation period and eligibility requirements. Company benefits are subject to change and may be altered and/or discontinued. If extended an offer, please consult with our human resources department to learn about the in-place benefits available.
Direct Deposit
The convenience of direct deposit paychecks is available to employees. With this program, paychecks are directly, electronically deposited in the bank account of your choice. This service is convenient, confidential and free!
Health Insurance
Full time permanent employees are eligible to participate in the company’s group health insurance plan, which includes a vision discount plan.
Dental insurance
Full time permanent employees may choose to participate in the company's dental insurance plan.
Life Insurance
A life insurance policy is availalbe at no cost to employees participating in the company’s group health insurance plan.
Long-term Disability
Long-term disability coverage is included at no cost to employees upon completion of required years of service.
401(K)
This savings/investment plan allows employees to start planning financially for retirement. The company offers a matching contribution program with a vestment schedule based on years of service.
Eligible employees must be 21 years of age or older.
Flexible Spending Account
A flexible spending program allows employees to set aside pre-tax dollars to help pay for medical, child care and other eligible expenses, with the convenience of a debit card. The program effectively saves participants countless dollars in taxes.
Vacation
Paid vacations and holidays are part of the employee benefits package. Paid holidays and the amount of vacation allowed is based on start date of employment and years of service.

Employees are permitted to use the fitness centers and swimming pools at several of The Richdale Group’s apartment communities at no cost.
